The Child Enrichment Centre Society (CEC) was founded 30 years ago as a charitable organization that provided Childcare to the Calgary’s hospital axillary group. The Centre’s mandate is to provides safe, enriched, accessible and affordable daycare to children and families of all different socio-economic backgrounds and cultures.
