Knowledge Group received the status for its commitment to high quality and process improvement in the provision of learning, development and training services to clients.

Knowledge Group was evaluated in eight key performance indicators which include sales and marketing, business integrity, client value proposition, delivery capability, quality and performance management, service development roadmap, people development as well as business stability.
