Aldar Academies, part of Aldar Education, has announced that more than 54% per cent of its students have achieved GCSE results between 9-7, with an impressive 94% pass rate, 16% higher than the UK national average in 2020. In addition, the percentage of students achieving 5 or more grade 9 results (including English and mathematics) increased to over 12% of students – a record for Aldar Academies.
Al Ain Academy is celebrating over 40% of grades being awarded at grade 9 – well above last years UK National Average of 6.3%. With nearly one third of students at Al Mamoura Academy receiving a grade of 8 or above and over half of its students achieving more than five GCSEs at grade 7 or higher.
Al Yasmina Academy had nearly 40% of grades 8 and above, with an overall pass rate of 95%. In addition, Al Yasmina Academy had over half of its students achieve more than five GCSEs at grade 7 of higher.
Al Bateen Academy had 50% of grades at grade 7 or higher, with an overall pass rate above 90%, along with 10% of the students achieving at least five GCSEs at grade 9, including English and Mathematics.

These grades follow the record-breaking results attained by our IBDP and A Level graduates over the summer; the highest for the group to date. These results follow the highly successful IB (International Baccalaureate) results for Aldar Academies, which saw 100% pass rate achieved by the graduates of Al Bateen Academy in July 2021. This is in addition to the recent record-breaking A-level results for Al Yasmina Academy and Al Ain Academy in Abu Dhabi, which also saw a 100% pass rate – the highest A-level results yet for Aldar Academies.
